After unpacking the .zip archive, you need to connect with your FTP server using program like Filezilla. Then, go to directory like yoursite.com/theme/ or yoursite.com/public_html/theme/ (despite of your hosting provider) and upload the whole folder, I mean the "Lamp" dir. When it is on your webserver, log in to your admin account on your site, go to Themes page and choose Lamp from the list shown after you click. Last step is to click "Choose" and voila - your site is working on new template.
