Czech Language for ItemManager 2.4.5

Czech translation for ItemManager 2.4.5;

I've tried to translate as many strings as possible, unfortunatelly, some hooks are missing from the original PHP file responsible for rendering the "All Items" view (and I didn't want to tamper with the original code). Therefore, strings like "Delete", "Edit uj položku" and "Aktiv uj položku" are still present in some tooltips. Hopefully, this is only a small inconvience.
