Knacss css-framework for GetSimple

This is a basic template based on the Knacss framework: http://knacss.com/ (French language site)

It's based on a template generated from: http://schnaps.it/ (French language site) . Main content with sidebar (component) present.

I made some changes to the default template to make it look nice at default. But this is minimal. For configuration see http://knacss.com/archive/doc.html (note: this is the archived version of the version 3 notes)
