After first glance it made me think to close it immediately, but .... yeah, but after couple seconds I've realised that there are some minor features, and solutions which didn't let me close the page.
You definitely have  to end development.
And definitely split navigation from content and aside section, to inform visitors which section is responsible for certain thing.
Personally header section is a bit too big.

Rest is up to you ;)
