Topic: Local installation problem

Hello,

Sorry if my English is not very good but I'm French.

Here's the problem I encounter as soon as I want to install the CMS GetSimple locally.



Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


How can I fix it?

can you tell us what your server setup is? If at all possible, try and capture the output of a phpinfo(); call and tell us the PHP version and other server details.

Same error. And I have Apache/2.2.21 (Win64) PHP/5.3.8  installed.

Do you use standalone apache + php versions under windows, or a WAMP environment ?
Apache's logs should contain some info about what is causing the problem.

ps. I can't assume that you have your server environment properly configured, so I have to ask if you successfully installed any other CMS ?
