Dear Community,

I am wanting to have the ability to create two forms in the backend where I can get a signature and few other bits of information from people and store who has consented.

I do not think this is possible by default. But, I am wondering if there is a plugin that would allow myself to do this?

So you want people who log in to the admin be able to fill in a form inside GS?

Fill in frontend, when emailed the url which will be manual. Then process the data in backend.
