well, I downloaded the ZIP from the EXTEND Section and uploaded it to my server as usual.

1)
I did not know where to enter the data for the VCARD until I found it in the Settings Menue
Please explain in your PluginDdescription where this form is located

2)
I entered the code in a page (you can see it at http://www.urbanistan.de/getsimple/ in the left sidebar

But it renders a 403 - forbidden when clicked

a)
which permissions are necessary? vcard.xml in data/other has 644, other files there have 755, but that seems not to be the problem, still 403

b)
plugins/author-vcard.php has 755
folder /plugins/author-vcard has 755

files in that folder have 644, changing them to 755 still brings 403

c)
.htaccess in /plugins has: DENY FROM ALL

so what to do?

Yeah, I'm having the same issues. No documentation on the settings, and lots of permission denied messages.

Just bumping this topic - the plugin author is Chris - the creator of the CMS.

Chris - any help here?
I'm getting the same errors with v3.0.
