If Shawn himself states that his updates are "discussed on discord" and not here, whats the problem?
I just wish there were links to find more info to any other sources of info. I only learned of his discord channel a few days ago.
...haven't much time for a fuller response now, but for starters; there are incerasing plug-ins (and good ones at that!) where there is no linked forum thread only ones to authors own Discorse or own website - such a shame!
I think you are confusing what we are talking about. This has nothing to do with active plugins.
This is for GS development which occurs on github, and can be discussed on the GS discord channel, a more proper place for having discussion than a forum
