There is no out-of-the-box Lightbox implementation on any of the GetSimple themes. But it shouldn’t be too hard to add. Most HTML attributes that you can use to control how Lightbox goes to work are already accessible from the GetSimple page editor so I’d say you only have to add the Javascript calls to your theme’s header and you’re ready to use it.
