The video on the home page starts too late, at first there is a big empty space
is there a chance to add a loading animation ?
It is a clear, good looking friendly design.

your page misses a codepage-declaration which is especially problematic as you use two different character sets, latin and greek

Unfortunately yhe video is embeded from vimeo (free account) via iframe so no preloader is available.
As for the validator i 'll fix it asap.
