I moved an install from localhost to a different server - http://www.wellesleyplasticsurgeon.com/

For some reason all of my content on every page is the same...not sure what is going on but any help would be awesome...

Well, you have problems with mod rewrite.
Did you change the base path in htaccess, and website address in page settings after moving the website ?

uncheck the option "use friendly URLs" in the settings
if everything is ok than?

as Yoyo pointed out, wrong rewrite rules / rewrite basis will be the reason for that , so switching off friendly URLs will show that the content is still there
