and the funny thing is that they list GS twice!

But they use old screenshot. So at least I have to admit that it is not such a good article ;=)

I'ts good to see GS listed in blogs out there, but I think the author got it wrong (besides listing it twice :-)), because right now GS is not blog-oriented (by default)...
Seeing as Drupal is on the list I don't think they're exactly listing them by blogging capabilities.
I think this is part of the strategy to declare WordPress a CMS ... it has CMS features but it is not at all a CMS

I don't understand, what makes Wordpress not a cms? What makes (for example) GS a cms that Wordpress doesn't?

I think Wordpress is a cms focussed on blogging. It doesn't have the limitations of other pure blogging systems, I might be wrong off course.
I do not want to continue this discussion from my side. It is an ideological discussion!

WP is a blogsystem with some CMS features. It is not a CMS like Drupal or Typo3 or smaller CMS ...
