I have been looking for a CMS like this for sometime now. I really don't know why I have not stumbled on it earlier. When you say easy to theme, you we're not joking around. I have a few question but I haven't search the forum yet so that will be for a another post.
I just customized the Cardinal theme at a null domain sale417.com. Plans are to use it on ttb Farm site. I also have a little cPanel/whm account for small websites that I believe GetSimple would make a nice starter plan. It is free hosting so I hope that there will not be infringement rights going on.
