Looks pleasantly
Two things that drew my attention:
1. Content_bg.png image needs more polishing to fit into #main as a backg image
2. Is there a place for website's name in your template ?
At first glance I thought "
fresh oranges" caption was the website's name with nice css effects.

1. I cant imagine what do U mean.
2. Yes, U can change
logo.png or replace line between <div id="logo"> and <div id="menu"> with <h1><a href="<?php get_site_url(); ?>"><?php get_site_name(); ?></a></h1> or something similar. :-)
BTW. This is my first theme ever. I´m a CSS and GetSimple beginner. :-)
