for some reason I do not understand, I can no longer access the administration by typing "exemple_website/admin", the page is blank ...
I can access the admin by "exemple_website/admin/load.php?id=i18n_base".

When I go to "Support / Website Health" I have the message ". Existance htaccess"
There is an error here "/plugins/" the message is "Missing file - Warning"
How do I know where the problem is?
