Problem, After the user clicks on pay via paypal, it just displays a blank page, this common?

AFAIK this plugin is no longer supported by its author, who is now developing for another CMS.
to checkout the plugin works. according to the press via paypal follows a blank page. nobody has an idea, for hints?
I also have this problem still trying to figure it out will let you know if I find a way of getting it to work.
