hey, i am newbie here and wanted to know the steps of how to create submenu using Hierarchical menus plugin?

I have installed hierarchical menus plugin. Now what to do?

I have installed the plugin but i am not getting where do i need to add this code <?php get_hierarchical_navigation(get_page_slug(false)); ?> ?????
