Hey !
I have designed a new theme which I want to submit to the theme directory but I am facing few difficulties with implementing some custom meta boxes which I want to include in my "home page" template.
So my idea is as soon as user selects home.php (a custom template for home page) as a template for his page few meta (custom input) boxes should show up to let him input some images and text for his home page.
Here is the design for my theme which I am trying to convert into a GS theme:
