I've made some whitespace cleanup in English language file. Additional short date in upload.php file uses now i18n argument. Also long date function ofter tweak uses i18n.

Thank you! I understand the function lngDate fix, but what was wrong with the EN file? i'm not following there... is it just to fix indent inconsistencies?
I've just clean the white spaces - I've used "tab" instead of space to get straight vertical line of array "arrows" - it's just a visual enchantment.
Another patch with some i18n fixes:
- Use another hint text for images into uploaded files list
- "PRODUCTION" string fix on the footer
