p01-contact security code is not validated

Hello.
The problem is next:
If in admin Settings URL with www:
- if use Contact page with www in address in browser, security code is validated.
- if use Contact page without www in address in browser, security code is not validated.
If in admin Settings URL without www:
- if use Contact page without www in address in browser, security code is validated.
- if use Contact page with www in address in browser, security code is is not validated.

All site pages use with www, and without www in address in browser.
How to make validated the code independently from www in address in browser? Help me please.

May be need write verification, not validated, not know how to correctly ...
