another editor-problem of your long list.. ;=)
could it be that you defined a skin for the editor and the files for that skin are not in admin/template/js/ckeditor/skins ?
which skin do you use?
My apologies, the download only contained half the files at the time!
that is one of the most common errors....

huh? download files do not randomly change. Perhaps your ftp client failed to upload them all.
I'm using Opera and sometimes the download fails albeit the archive is still accessible.
