How can I separate my tags into separate words for blog or news entries?

I have tried   along with "" but nothing I have tried seems to work?

examples:
health savings, consumer driven,

You can use dashes, like: health-savings, consumer-driven

health.savings, consumer.driven

or

health_savings, consumer_driven
