Hi.

After updating to 3.2.3 i've noticed the extra slash in url like:
http://domain.nl/admin//load.php?id=i18n_base
or
http://domain.nl/admin//plugins.php
or
http://domain.nl/admin//theme.php
etc.

** EDIT **
Errors in Item Manager probably caused this.
