Hi,
Moved client's site from dev folder on my hosting account to their live hosting account.
I went into /admin changed URL in settings. Also went on every page and replaced links and images with new URL.
Home page loads fine but other pages get 500 error.
I have root access to the server - I ran my cPanel fix permissions script on the account but no change.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check your host error logs or data other llogs error for 500 errors

Looks like your php is not working. Have you tried a simple php test file?
No all sites on the server throw that error it's not actually a problem. There is no useful error log. Could I just reinstall the site, then copy my theme, the uploads, and the pages?
If those warnings are benign then remove your htaccess file and see if that fixes it.
Some servers don't support options indexes
