I don't know if there's some plugin or script for this... I suggest you search the forums, there should be some thread about this.
But anyway you can do it without plugins: basically you just insert the slider you want in your theme's template file, like you would do in a static html page.
(This is how I did with a project where I used camera for the slideshow. I had to use some conditional code to show it only in the home page.)
