I'd like to know wheter it's possible to embed GetSimple News Manager Module onto an existing html page. I looking to use GetSimple as a news manager and pretty much nothing else, because of the design of the site.

I think you'd have to create a theme that looks like your current static site, to integrate GetSimple and News Manager (or other plugins)

3.4 will let you embed gs much easier into an existing site, but this is not really how GS is meant to work.
