When I upload all files en building the website using a get simple template. Some files after a few minutes disappear. Does anyone know how this is possible.

Not all the files are gone, most of them are CSS files.

anyone ideas ?

You host might be removing them or changing permissions on them, do these css files have base64 encoded data in them ?
