Does anyone knows if there is a Free or paid Star rating plugin for GS ?
so an visitor can leave a rating (with stars) and a bit comment on your website
have been looking around but no luck ?

as i see it shows only stars ? ( will check these links this evening better out)
what i'm looking for is something like this :
website visitor will see some fields to fill in :
Kind service : (text input field)
Your Name : (text input field)
Comments : (text input box)
Your rating : ( choose 1-5 stars) ( or a number 1 - 5 and it shows automatic the stars)
Send
it will look something like this
Kind service: Wedding Gifts
Rating : ***** (these will be the stars)
Placed at : 25-04-15 (automatic date)
Placed by : Maconl

got a script for that but is used for an other cms ,, with myqsl
perhaps i can let it recoded for GS
