Hello can anyone share a working and secured full version facebook login plugin so that members of the website also can register and then login by using facebook ID and Password too.

Not that I know of. A simple comment form can be made from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments.
There's also a GS plugin for that: http://get-simple.info/extend/plugin/ext...enting/73/.
To have members register/ login into your website would require building a Facebook app. More specifically using Facebook Login: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login
