Once I press the "Continue with Setup" Button, I get three errors:

1) Don't forget to change your password from that random generated one you have now...


2) Warning: Server Setup non-Apache
3) Error: Cannot delete 

How do I take care of the first one: Change my password?

There are no instructions anywhere.
This thing takes by far more than 5 minutes.

click the link that says "change your password"
and maybe read the wiki
