Is it possible to have multiple menus within a template?

I have a template that has a main menu and a sidebar menu. However, I want my client to have the ability to update both menus and add links to them as they write articles.

This is not possible without the creation of some menu plugin. GetSimple only creates one menu.

Some people use a plugin to show submenus based on a page’s child pages, but that’s as far as you’ll currently get with the plugins that have been developed to date. Maybe you or someone else can create a plugin that allows you to chose in what menu a page should show up, but until then, the answer is no.
