Just checked out foundation responsive theme and noticed they are using htmlawed and wondered why as many others aren't.

hmm, this looks like we can run it also, as opposed to htmlpurifier.

Yeah was wondering why someone would use it as I assumed GS probably used something similar.
Had a quick look at the documentation too
we use some crappy old antixss filter, i have looked at some of these but they had php 5.3 requirements or were very large in size.
