computer nerds, video ripping storage? - shawn_a - 2018-03-16 I am looking at getting a nas for general use, and maybe ripping all my movies, dvd, bluerays, into it and using plex or whatnot. Probably gonna get a synology play. What kind of space do I need for rips ? I have not been dealing with space since 500gb was the biggest drives. I currently have about 3tb of data, just music and data, new to video. 12tb seems to be the norm now for central storage. Suggestions welcome.. |
