Move the facebook on the left out of the banner slider to the right of the navigation:

THX! I use, my facebook sidebar plugin, i add settings for this on next version

I have to agree with Felix as regards this Facebook banner.

I agree that the Facebook banner should not be on top of the slider. Maybe put it somewhat higher (so it contrasts better with the white background). The Facebook banner not being present at the mobile site is also a little strange (intended?). The buttons for slider navigation are a little hard to see on light background.
For the rest nice site.
