Thesis on Digital Inclusion and Deep Web - momotaro - 2011-01-03
I came across GetSimple while looking for a tool to help me with my research for my masters degree (Information Systems Management). I plan to study the problems facing Digital Inclusion in Scotland, and deploy a sample Deep Web portal for the local community to access content, including ebooks - part of the study will include sampling the community's like/dislike for accessing a Deep Web.
The GetSimple page with the 'Repository' resembles the way I imagine my Deep Web portal could be and I 'd like to ask if the 'Search' app is available. I am also interested in discussing Digital Inclusion initiatives and Deep Web in general - hopefully, once I have my site set up.
Along with my dissertation subject proposal I am required to list all the resources I plan to use; approval is needed before I start writing. If any one here is interested in this subject or can assist in some way please chime in.
