.webp thumbnails load on massiveadmin in filebrowser, but still fight add support to ckeditor/filebrowser.

User Opiums has developed a plugin to replace different image formats with webp format, but it does not work with plugin I18N Special Pages.

i created new plugin included to massive admin, and external plugin for all users. This replace default uploader, with new functions - convert big image to max 1920x1080, and convert jpg/png/gif/bmp to webp.

I only see a blank page. I tried with different browsers.
