Hello, is there a plugin to upload plugins from the control panel? Thanks.

There is a plugin for installing and updating plugins, actually I think there are 2 unofficial ones, they work for the most part, I remember having to do some mods to them as they are old

GS Plugin Installer, but the version on GS Extend is outdated. You should download it from Github for the latest fixes:
