I'm new with GetSimple and I would like to know if is it possible to built something like this http://www.ascensionlatorre.com/ with GetSimple ?
Mainly if my client needs to update the pictures, is it easy to deal with jquery hidden / slides / tab content ?

well, that page loads so terrible slow that I would not recommend to do something like that
but what you are asking for: use the i18Ngallery
it comes with a bunch of galleries and you can add other galleries as well
