hmm I am not sure.
Click settings on the top right.
Then User Profile, but user is grayed out.

during installation, you can specify any user name.

thanks..sorry guys none over your proposal works...

admin is normally username and demo123 password when installation....
I changed password but to my surprise demo123 became username

Did you install yourself?
Why is there "normally username" ? Who defines that? GetSimple does not define that at all

If there is no content in the moment and you are at the beginning, I suggest you delete the complete GetSimple folder and install new

If I remember correctly the only way to rename a user is to visit your sites FTP directory / Data / Users / Username.xml

rename that file to whatever you would like your new username to be. You can also create multiple username.xml files as long as they have different names.
