Final thesis: Looking for experts to answer some questions - wonnepfropfen - 2012-05-26

Hello

I am just finishing my studies and I've chosen to compare 6 CMS (GetSimple, Wordpress, Silverstripe, Joomla, Typo3 and Durpal) in terms of Multimedia and Social Media purposes.

Part of my work is an expert survey. Which brought me to this forum.

If you have already worked with GetSimple please take a few minutes to answer me a few questions about the system. The attached .xls file is no longer than two sides and it won't take you more than 5-15 minutes.

I would be very, very grateful and it would help me a lot to pass my final thesis.

After filling out the .xls. you can return it to contact@cms-im-test.ch.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP. I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH!

PS: If the click boxes don't work, just color the right one. Thank you.

I would suggest that you use Google Forms or something similar if you want a lot of responses. It is a lot of effort to edit a spreadsheet and email it in.

Just log into Google Docs and create a new spreadsheet, then go to "Tools" > "Create a form". Set it up and link to it from here.

Checbkoxes alike solution isn't the most successful as it can't be checked.
You'd better create an interactive pdf file with all fancy stuff, or as preceeding posters suggested g.docs.
There are also online surveys and online services offering interactive forms.
You'd get automatically all summary you'd need.

Survs is a pretty tidy online survey tool and the free plan is pretty generous.

You are right Google Forms is the better solution than xls. So I transfered my questions to Google Form: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHdnVzNlWnE4S25aYnFzX2k4MU1RUUE6MQ

And if you would take a few minutes to answer I would be really grateful.

So far two persons have answered and I need at least 8 more.

Thank you!
