I read that before. The article looks like an advertisement for GetSimple, but the choices of CMS she lists don't really match all the criteria she talks about.

I like the way FrogCMS does some things, but it was hard for even me to figure out how to do some of the templating things. Wordpress, while awesome, has way too many features for the basic CMS, and Drupal, EE and Joomla! all are way too large for small projects like we are targeting.

I've played around with CMSMS before, and while not bad, I feel we have a leg up on the templating and the UI of the back-end. Just my two cents, but of course I am a little biased.
