Would be useful, a plugin for a simple directory, list.

Features:

Link submission form with backlink checker
Auto approve submissions
Display links on homepage or page.
Manage, delete a link.
Show number of hits per url (if possible)
Categories (not necessary but if someone is interested...)

As an idea something simple similar to this script: atproxy.net
