If a website looks like spam it will mostly mean people will directly leave. Not good business for a website.

I don't see spam. Just looks like a basic website tying to make money. Granted there are many ads, but many websites look like this. I don't consider that spam more than I consider it a way to try and make money in an in your face kinda way.
