Theme change is not working - blackstone - 2012-08-12
Hello from germany.
I've installed the new version of GetSimple and i want to change the frontend Theme.
But, all the time i choose another theme, the screen changes to the profile-page.
And here i can not make any changes.
The time-zone and a new password is also not accepted.
(I have changed the CHMOD settings to 755)
Please, what went wrong?

welcome here!
1) which browser? Did you clean the cache? Did you try with different browsers?
2) Support / Erste Schritte / Website-Serverprüfung : what is the info there? Everything ok?
3) Please give us the URL to check your problem and which hoster you are using
4) we have a list of hosters with different problems, maybe there is information about your hoster there?
5) we also have a list of known hosters and their specialities in the german forum here

1. i've checked it with Opera and Firefox, yes also with a cleaned chache.
2. Everything was OK, but only the entry THEMES says EMPTY???
Hoster name is 1Blue in Berlin

please check with FTP the content of the folder /theme
you must see 2 folders:
Cardinal
Innovation
in each of the folders must be (minimim) template.php
my sugestion:
delete the content of that folder
and re-upload the content of the unzipped installation theme-folder (I am sure yo still have it on your harddisk) to the server into the folder /getsimple/theme
