Bug with the plugin : Special Pages - darsanha - 2012-09-15
I do not know why but I wanted to edit a picture and it's no longer possible. I end up with this message:
You don't have permission to access/mywebsite/plugins/i18n_specialpages/browser/filebrowser.php on this server.
Do you know how to fix this problem?

Bug with the plugin : Special Pages - nice10150 - 2012-09-16
Check your rights to access the folder on the server, I found that in some cases it turns out as 700 while it should be 755 ...
Also check your files they should be 644...
