Fancy URLs - zanetuck - 2012-12-04 I have ticked the box to use Fancy URLs for our site and I have the Custom Permalink Structure field empty. When I try to go to a page, I get 500 Internal Server Error. The home page works, but going to any other page returns the error. Any ideas? Thanks! RE: Fancy URLs - Carlos - 2012-12-04 Do you know if your server software is Apache? Also, do you get any warnings in support -> health check ? What do you mean when you say "support -> health check"? RE: Fancy URLs - Carlos - 2012-12-04 admin panel -> Support -> Website health check ( YOURSITE/admin/health-check.php ) RE: Fancy URLs - zanetuck - 2012-12-04 Thanks, I don't have the Support button in Admin. But the health-check.php worked. Maybe it's b/c I need to upgrade. I have version 3.0 installed. RE: Fancy URLs - Carlos - 2012-12-04 Should be at the left side of Settings, and also in 3.0 (and 2.x) So you don't get any warning or notices? (Apache mod_rewrite...) RE: Fancy URLs - zanetuck - 2012-12-04 Nope, it's not there in Settings. And no warnings or notices. RE: Fancy URLs - Carlos - 2012-12-05 Strange... Any plugins installed? Is it a patched GS version or something? RE: Fancy URLs - yojoe - 2012-12-05 Try to reupload all files from /admin directory. |
