This should be noted again, but developers should use our Extend platform to host their plugins. Some of the reasons you would want to do this is:
- High visibility so users can find your plugin easily
- Our API allows you to pull stats on your plugin
- Our API allows you to build update capabilities into your plugins
- Be sure to create a forum thread for support and for users to discuss and share
