I18N Gallery - Oner User: not logged in, other users can work - Connie - 2015-06-25 Hello! After a long time I am back to GS. Because everything was working so well I could sit down and do other things ;=) But now I have a real problem and I start a new thread because I can find a solution in the too-long-i18NGallery-thread ... and it is a pain to search there as well, please forgive me for that! Our situation: the URL http://www.kunstundnatur-steinfurth.de/ GetSimple 3.3.1 all messages in health check are green (beside the update information) i18N Gallery: 2.2 I can log in and create or edit galleries another user can log in, but gets "not logged in" when she wants to create or edit a gallery gsconfig.php still shows "define('GSCOOKIEISSITEWIDE', TRUE);" all permissions are ok because I can edit, create, add... the other user in the same installation can't what can be the reason? Please help me out! Cheers, Connie RE: I18N Gallery - Oner User: not logged in, other users can work - Connie - 2015-06-25 I updated GS to 3.3.5 I updated ALL i18n-plugins to the new version now I wait what the user will say.. if she can work now RE: I18N Gallery - Oner User: not logged in, other users can work - Carlos - 2015-06-26 Perhaps that user is accessing the backend without www. in the URL. RE: I18N Gallery - Oner User: not logged in, other users can work - Connie - 2015-07-11 Hallo Carlos, I updated all your plugins and I deleted the user and created anew, now she can work (after she finally understood what it means to empty browser-cache etc....), I did not answer earlier as I am travelling in Estonia and are quite busy with photographing and knitting Cheers, Connie |
