That pop-up message form is annoying after three times. And the homepage banner images - should they change as a slideshow? I doesn't work in Chrome for me.

We use the ICQ last 15 years, we are used to, I also have ICQ, I connected Skype last year alone, it is difficult to deal with habits.

I think the scroll-up button should not be hidden behind the messagebox. Just move the button up a bit.
