Helo,
first sorry to my English, but it is not my mother tongue.
Can you help me regarding the following:
- see attached picture and you will see an unusual blank space that occurs when editing.

It just do not allow me to start writing from the beginning.

ckeditor automatically uses styles from your theme, its possible your theme has a editor.css that has a large margin on the P element.
Change themes and see.
